Common questions

What's the difference between Home Compute and a professional provider?

Home Compute is for everyday PC and Mac owners — setup takes 5 minutes with no technical knowledge. Professional providers list data centre GPUs and can configure spot/reserved pricing, organisations, and custom SLAs. Both keep 100% of their set rate.

Do buyers pay per token regardless of subscription tier?

Yes. All tiers pay the provider's rate plus the $0.10/1k platform fee. Subscriptions (Standard / Pro / Enterprise) control rate limits and routing priority, not compute cost.

Can I be both a buyer and a provider?

Absolutely. You can earn with your PC through Home Compute and also access the marketplace to run AI models. Both are managed from the same account.

Are there any fees for providers?

No. Listing is free, there's no monthly fee, and no commission is taken from providers. The $0.10/1k platform fee is charged to buyers on top of your rate.
